Today was one of those Saturdays that reminded me why it’s worth slowing down. We headed to Upcountry Provisions in Travelers Rest, a cozy spot just off the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
I had a hearty frittata, creamy grits, and some seriously good coffee. Something about a small café, warm food, and no rush makes everything feel lighter.
Back home, I sketched out my week ahead—because somehow, the best ideas show up when you’re not chasing them. Now? Time to rest. Weekends like this are a good reminder: slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind.
